  Welcome to our school!!! My wife Carrie and I are the proud owners of the first Goddard School in Mount Pleasant, SC. We opened our doors in May of 2020, and we are proud to provide the highest possible level of Early Childhood Development and Enrichment in the area. My passion for education was instilled at an early age by a loving mother, who made learning fun and encouraged independent and social growth among all six of her children. That passion has transcended generations, as all of our sons hold multiple Under and Post Graduate degrees. As parents, we could not be prouder of those four incredible individuals! I am committed to partnering with every parent in the Goddard family, so your children can grow and learn in a safe, loving, and encouraging environment.

  Hi, my name is Sarah! My family moved here from Maryland and we are loving Mount Pleasant. I have over 10 years of experience in The Goddard School setting, having previously Directed at Goddard Schools in Maryland. I have my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Creative Arts. I have two sons that have attended Goddard since they were a few months old and I love being able to watch them learn and grow at Goddard every day. As both a parent and an educator, I am most excited about all of the extra curricular experiences that The Goddard School of Mount Pleasant offers to foster the needs of the whole child such as Kindermusik, Yoga, Soccer Shots, and the interactive technology program in the resource room. I am passionate about children's literature and helping foster the love of reading at an early age and I hope to author children's books one day!

  Infant Teacher. Miss Candice is a Mount Pleasant native. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and is currently pursuing her Master's in Human Biology. Miss Candice has 10 plus years of experience working with children. She has taught in almost every classroom here. While she loves all the ages, her heart belongs in the infant room

  Infant - Toddler Teacher. Miss Diana has been in childcare for over 10 years. She has an Associates degree in Information Systems. Miss Diana is a proud Praise and Worship leader at her Church and a Director of the Youth Choir. She loves to laugh, joke and have fun with children!

  Get Set - Goddard 4K Teacher. Miss Judy discovered her love of teaching after her only daughter was born in 1986. She has a Masters degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Education. Miss Judy loves working with children in any capacity that involves nurturing, discovery, exploration and right brained ways of creativity.

  Twos Teacher. Miss Kandyce is the proud mother of a beautiful baby girl. She loves working with Toddlers and can somehow magically convince two year olds to sit still while she does their hair. Miss Kandyce plans to continue her education in Early Childhood.
