Mae Millicent Winfrey Peterseim, M.D.

Description

Dr. M. Millicent W. Peterseim is a professor at the Storm Eye Institute and the Bruce Pratt Endowed Chair for International Ophthalmology. She specializes in pediatric ophthalmology, adult strabismus, and international ophthalmology. Dr. Peterseim earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency at the University of North Carolina, and fellowship training at the Duke University Eye Center. She has published extensively, lectures nationally, and leads global eye care initiatives to improve pediatric vision care and prevent blindness worldwide.
